MAIN TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Strong, fast and durable
The forming and cutting stations are very strong and with 90 kN clamping force enabled by using special alloy steel casting monoblock system.
The machine is running with 75 cycles/min without load.
All arms are made of steel casting and last much longer in comparison to standard arms.
All electronic and mechanical components are chosen among high quality world brands.
The control panel is user friendly and very simple to use.
Chain rails are made of special and very durable alloy which lasts much longer.
Cemaks machines having adapter already on the machine enables to run the tools of almost all other thermoforming machines (No adaptation needed).
The mould area is 930x705 mm which enables maximum cavity configuration and maximum production output with high speed of the machine.
Processing depth of the machine is 170mm negative/positive.
The change from Servo to pneumatic plug assist is adjusted from the screen (No mechanical adjustment necessary)
There are 4 different configurations for the Robot stacker and can be chosen as optional.

CEMAKS has been  building thermoforming machines designed genuinly by its own team.The design team is experienced in thermoforming machines over 20 years. Thermoform machines are capable to produce disposable products for food, packaging industry and several other industries. The thickness range of the sheet may vary from 0.07 mm to 2.5 mm. Examples for items mostly being produced in our machines are punnets, containers, flower pots, plates, lids, fruit trays, cups and various types of products. The sectors related to the thermoforming machine we manufacture are mainly Packaging and Food Industry, Paperwork industry, Toy industry, Automotive, Electronic and Medicine industries.

The current machine models on production are CMX 94942 FC in Place, CMX 90703 FCS and CMX 90704 FPCS
